Scholar Kisia, our founder, is a beacon of excellence in the field, leaving an indelible mark on the healthcare industry. With qualifications that speak volumes about her commitment to nursing, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health (BSC-CHT), obtained from Kenya Methodist University.
Her journey in nursing began with the completion of Kenya Registered Nursing (KRN) with a remarkable distinction and the Kenya Enrolled Midwifery (KEM) program, where she was recognized as the best Practical mid-wife. She also holds the Kenya Enrolled Nurse (KEN) certification and earned a Division 3 in the East Africa Certificate of Education (EACE) from Tarasaa High School.
A multifaceted nursing career has equipped Madam Scholar with a diverse skill set. Her expertise spans infection control, patient safety, and effective people management, making her a true luminary in healthcare. Additional her commitment to staying at the forefront of nursing is evident through her participation in numerous international workshops and congresses. This commitment to knowledge enhancement ensures that she remains a visionary leader in the field.
A Career of Progression
The journey of Scholar Kisia has been marked by a series of roles, each contributing to her remarkable journey. She has served as a staff nurse, senior staff nurse, team leader, and held a pivotal position in charge of Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD). Active engagement in nursing associations further demonstrates her dedication to the profession. She has served as Vice Chairperson of the Nairobi Hospital Branch of the National Nurses Association of Kenya (NNAK) and Chairperson of The Nairobi Hospital Nurses Welfare group.

Leadership Milestones
Scholar Kisia’s journey reached its pinnacle with the role of Charge Nurse in the LMF Ward (Surgical Ward) at The Nairobi Hospital, where she dedicated six and a half years to providing exceptional care. Subsequently, she was entrusted with the position of Ag. Director of Nursing Services, a testament to her leadership prowess.
